Lord of the Archipelago in the Nineteenth Century [Literary Crossover]

From the start, all you have is a broken wooden raft. You have to scavenge for equipment and build your own house.

Leiya was playing a survival game when she opened her eyes and discovered she'd transmigrated into it, stranded on a deserted island.

The good news: the game's interface came with her.

The bad news: it read, [Newbie Quest: Survive on a Deserted Island (30/30)].

With no other choice, Leiya rolled up her sleeves and got to work: chopping trees, fishing, building a thatched hut, and making a wooden raft by hand to fish out at sea.

The day she completed the quest, a new map unlocked.

A pleasant-faced NPC horse told her that she was actually the heir to the surrounding archipelago. Its islands included ones in the sky, underwater, and scattered all over. The islanders included big ones and small ones, strange-looking ones and ones that weren't human.

Now that the one-month deadline had arrived, it was time to welcome the island lord back to her rightful place!

Looking at the newly unlocked game interface and the bizarre island technology tree she'd selected, Leiya's vision went black.

Develop production in the nineteenth century, revive the archipelago, and take on the foreign fleets that might show up in the future? Me? Am I supposed to declare war, too?

*

Basically, it's a story about surviving on a deserted island, developing an archipelago, having neighbors who are all somehow abnormal, and asking, "Who are you, Captain I picked up?"

A crossover with The Count of Monte Cristo, Gulliver's Travels, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, Robinson Crusoe, and more. An alternate-world fantasy story set in a fictional nineteenth century. The male lead is Edmond Dantes. There's also a romantic storyline that I haven't written into the blurb yet, but I'll leave that for now...

Theme: All things in the world have a spirit.
