My Warehouse Connects to the Underworld

After Cheng Che took a fall, he gained the ability to see spirits.

They started emerging from the stockroom of his convenience store.

Then a handsome man showed up.

The man said all the spirits had unfinished business. If Cheng Che could persuade one to rest in peace, his bank account would gain 5,000 yuan.

The first spirit Cheng Che saw was a little kid.

The child desperately wanted the teddy bear he used to sleep with.

Cheng Che convinced the child's family to burn the teddy bear for him.

Sure enough, 5,000 yuan appeared in his bank account.

The handsome man turned into Mr. Snail, taking care of Cheng Che's daily needs and helping him build his convenience store into a thriving business.

He could even do magic. With a wave of his hand, the goods in the boxes would fly onto the shelves by themselves.

Cheng Che figured the job didn't sound too hard, so he accepted.

And so Cheng Che met:

An old man who secretly pulled out his own feeding tube so he wouldn't burden his children.

A mother who worried about whether her child had gotten into high school.

A programmer who collapsed at his desk, still thinking about buying his girlfriend a gold bracelet.

A migrant worker fretting over the thousand yuan he still owed...

And, of course:

A young man who sold a kidney to buy a phone.

A boss who withheld his employees' wages.

A girl who had dieted until she developed an eating disorder...

The harder the case, the more money he earned.

Later, Cheng Che wanted to quit and spend the rest of his life with the handsome man.

The man said, "You have to make a hundred million before I can live."

Cheng Che: "?"

He had so much energy last night, and he was a ghost too? Do you expect me to believe that?

Fine, be a ghost if you want, but don't tell me you can turn invisible!

Basically, it's an ensemble story about a love that transcends life and death?

Theme: Let go of unfinished business and enjoy life.
