[Football] Lila Insists on Winning

On January 1, 1989, Lila, fresh from winning the Sanremo Music Festival, released her debut album. At the press conference, a sharp question cut through the excitement. “According to our investigation, you once lied about your gender and pretended to be a boy so you could train with AC Milan’s youth academy for five years. Is that true?” “After deceiving the public like this, do you think you deserve to be a public figure?” The press conference erupted in an instant. With all eyes on her, Lila casually pulled the microphone toward herself, perfectly composed. “Oh, you mean that…” “It’s true.” The whole world was thrown into an uproar.
