Maria Buenos Aires, a grown man with a name more commonly found in his mother or grandmother's generation, became famous in the macho world of football for his pretty face and girlish voice...
Of course, he was also famous for his football skills.
Serious blurb:
In 2017, Real Madrid president Florentino spent 30 million euros to sign a 16-year-old player who had never played a match from the obscure Argentinian club Barracas Central, then immediately loaned him out, sparking heated discussion.
Thus began Maria's controversial football career.
["Not"] serious blurb:
Guti: People say Maria and I look a lot alike. You know, blond hair, blue eyes, pointed chin... If I hadn't never been to Argentina around the year 2000, I'd honestly think he was my kid.
Kroos: I see Maria as my successor now. He has the potential to take my place.
Florentino: Maria is like my little grandson. If not for the age difference, I'd even want to adopt him. He's not for sale.
Francis: I am very proud that an Argentinian monastery raised Maria. He has also made great contributions to charity in Argentina and the spread of Catholicism. I would like to thank him here and offer him my heartfelt blessings.
The nun from the monastery: We didn't have any particular reason for naming him Maria. It just so happened that when we found him, the Bible had fallen open to the page about the Virgin Mary.
Please note:
1. The author really can't write match scenes (this is important), so there won't be many matches and there will be more everyday life. You can enjoy this even if you know nothing or very little about football.
2. Career: Barracas Central (youth team) → Real Madrid (academy) → Borussia Dortmund → Chelsea → Real Madrid. He'll be loaned out early on and won't return to Real Madrid until later.
3. The protagonist is a top. There is a couple, probably Arda Guler, but the romance won't develop until he returns to Real Madrid later on. He's single at first.
4. Realistic setting, with a protagonist who grows over time. This isn't a pure wish-fulfillment story. He won't win every match, but he'll win most of them.

Blurb:
Aniki Linkolov, former heir to the Blue Bridge, now its king.
The greatest legacy Abramovich left Chelsea.
When he was eight, his mother took him to one of Abramovich's banquets. This beautiful, exhausted Ukrainian ballet dancer pleaded with the Russian president to sign her son without a trial.
Abramovich looked over the delicate-looking child before him: black curly hair, an oval face, a high nose bridge, deep-set eyes, a prominent T-zone, and straight eyebrows.
Suddenly, the child opened his mouth, stuck out his tongue, and pulled an enormous face at Abramovich.
Abramovich: ?!
Apart from his light blue eyes, he had the typical Slavic look. Though he was dark-haired, Abramovich was happy to take him on, considering his Ukrainian nationality, that familiar air of a displaced person, and his amusing personality.
But fate had other plans. Aniki had just turned twenty and led Chelsea to the Champions League title, earning the captain's armband, when Abramovich was sanctioned by the English FA and forced to sell Chelsea.
Fortunately, at some point Aniki had formed a good personal relationship with the British heir to the throne.
Surely the English FA couldn't kick the friend of its honorary president out of the Premier League?
Surely it couldn't kick the heir's friend out of Britain?
And so Aniki truly ascended the throne as Chelsea's Emperor Lin.
A first-team starter, captain, among the top three for the Ballon d'Or, and a member of the Team of the Year, Aniki became a global football superstar, with a face so handsome it met every human standard of beauty and a madcap personality capable of killing someone with laughter.
Those who hated him called him and Mourinho Chelsea's
