Spring's Deadly Poison

An extremely possessive male lead X a somewhat slow-witted female lead

Jiang Zhizhi chased her family's chicken all the way to the entrance of a villa halfway up the mountain.

The butler glared at her and told her to leave at once.

But the handsome young man behind him stopped her and invited her inside to play.

With the butler looking utterly exasperated, Jiang Zhizhi stepped through the gate.

After that, she never left again.

Yun Ye had never felt emotions like a normal person. When his beloved dog was crushed to death, he thought it had been too fragile.

When his parents couldn't be there for him, he was glad to have fewer rules to follow.

When a friend got angry and refused to play with him, he tied a string of firecrackers to the kid and set them off, leaving the boy unrecognizable to his parents.

Jiang Zhizhi's arrival brought him something new.

She was more fun than cats and dogs, and more sensible than his peers.

He let Jiang Zhizhi do anything she wanted, even date.

But he wouldn't let her hug or kiss anyone else, or escape his control.

On the night Jiang Zhizhi couldn't take it anymore and tried to run away, Yun Ye drove after them himself and stopped them. He tied the man who was taking her away to a post, then repeatedly sped past him in his sports car, nearly driving him insane.

Yun Ye walked into the rain and splashed through puddles to Jiang Zhizhi. He pulled the terrified girl into his arms and comforted her. "He shouldn't have tried to steal you away."
