[Three Kingdoms] The Benevolent Empress

[The story of a despicable refugee who loves manipulating people, and becomes a benevolent lord.]

The late Eastern Han dynasty. The Yellow Turban Rebellion.

Liu Min transmigrates and really does become a refugee. Before she even knows whether she'll survive the next day, the System gives her a mission:

"In the chaotic final years of the Han, wise rulers are hard to find. Host, unify the land, and become the benevolent ruler in the people's hearts! Don't hold back!"

The mechanical voice keeps chattering, while the smile on Liu Min's face grows ever gentler.

A benevolent ruler? That's all? She'll make sure to do the job well.

Saving the people, killing Yellow Turbans, capturing and releasing Sun Jian three times... Liu Min switches banners and transforms from a Yellow Turban bandit into a loyal Han official, rising steadily through the ranks.

Watching the young man on the white horse ride away, Sun Jian sighs: "To establish oneself through benevolence and conduct oneself through righteousness, that's what makes a true gentleman!"

System: ??? Is sand in your eyes? She's wiped out the imperial army, and you're still praising her!

The conflicted System watches as Liu Min uses her reputation for "benevolence" to recruit famous scholars, crush bandits, and save the people...

As it watches, the System suddenly realizes that its mission seems to have succeeded.

Liu Min really has unified the land!

Theme: The people's support is the ultimate power.
