After I Was Impregnated by the Enemy Nation's Crown Prince Through a Surrogate

1. Ying Yanxue is the Crown Prince of Dayong, but he's been diagnosed with fertility problems.

The imperial physician told Ying Yanxue that if he wanted a child, he'd have to carry it himself.

Ying Yanxue couldn't accept the idea of giving birth.

But a crown prince without an heir was destined to lose his claim to the throne.

Under pressure from all sides, Ying Yanxue decided to borrow seed and have a child.

As it happened, the crown prince of the rival kingdom, Murong Ci, came to Dayong.

Murong Ci was Ying Yanxue's sworn enemy. They were on opposing sides and couldn't stand each other.

Murong Ci thought Ying Yanxue was frail, with a waist so slender it could be encircled by one hand.

Ying Yanxue thought Murong Ci was a bastard.

After failing to find a suitable donor despite an extensive search, Ying Yanxue turned his attention to Murong Ci, who had been poisoned and blinded.

First, Murong Ci was blind and couldn't see his face.

Second, once Murong Ci returned to Dayue, he probably wouldn't come back to Dayong, so no one would notice that the child looked like his father.

Finally, Ying Yanxue would have a child and could ascend the throne before Murong Ci.

After Ying Yanxue got what he wanted, Murong Ci returned to Dayue, and Ying Yanxue successfully ascended the throne.

2.

Murong Ci came to Dayong seeking a cure for his blindness, only to be taken advantage of and forced into bed.

The worst part was that the person was a man.

At first, he resisted the man's forceful advances.

But the man knew how to coax him, and called him "husband."

Before long, Murong Ci lost himself in those repeated endearments and fell in love with him.

He and the man agreed that once his eyesight returned, he would take him to Dayue and make him his crown princess.

But after his sight was restored, the man ran away.

Murong Ci wanted nothing more than to kill the man who had so casually toyed with his feelings.

Ying Yanxue saw him off with mocking remarks, and Murong Ci hated him all the more.

Seven months after Murong Ci returned to Dayue, he heard that Ying Yanxue had ascended the throne. Murong Ci instituted a system of succession by fratricide to speed up his own accession.

After becoming emperor, Murong Ci spent every day thinking about how to catch the person who had deceived his feelings.

Three years later, Murong Ci returned to Dayong and ran into a child who looked just like him.

Murong Ci frowned. How could the child look so much like him? He had killed off the entire Murong family. Unless this was his child.

But he'd only slept with that one man.

The child whispered to him, "I'm Father's biological child."

The next time Murong Ci saw the child, the child called Ying Yanxue "Father Emperor." That claim about being his biological child suddenly made sense. So Ying Yanxue had really given birth to him himself!

Murong Ci sneered. "Ying Yanxue, stopped calling me husband?"
