Stop Spoiling Me, You'll Ruin Me

Powerful, dignified older nobleman x Soft, straightforward little chinchilla

Kilo is a little chinchilla born and raised on the Heilixin Estate. His greatest joy each day is rolling around in the fluffy grass with a kernel of corn. Then one day, the owner of the estate returns. His intricate shirt is buttoned neatly to the very top, and he wears an enormous agate ring over his white glove. His gray-green eyes are so beautiful that the shabby little chinchilla stares in a daze.

Kilo decides to pay a visit to the young duke.

Kalandiseer is the highest-ranking vampire clan in the stars. Once every hundred years, the head of the family, Feng Su, travels to the Heilixin Estate to sleep. But this time, his long slumber seems different from usual.

A bold little chinchilla knocks on the window, waking the elder from his long sleep.

The lid of the coffin, carved with an ancient family crest, slowly opens. The man who has been sleeping lowers his eyes. Outside the window, a dusty little chinchilla presses his round face against the glass, then excitedly rises on his little feet and lifts his paws, which are holding the pine nuts he has saved for three days.

There is a terrifying rumor among the stars: If anyone wakes an ancient one from their long sleep, the cataclysmic war that devastated the world a thousand years ago will return, and every star system will be dragged into it.

One day, elders everywhere receive carrier pigeons from the Heilixin Estate. The ancient one, head of the Feng Su family, has awakened ahead of schedule. The entire interstellar community is on high alert, but the ancient war is nowhere to be seen. The elders hurry to the Heilixin Estate, only to find that the ancient one, who should be furious, has a scruffy little fluffball perched on his head. The dignified older man purses his lips, indulgently lifts the little thing into his palm, and smooths its fur.

Is that... a living thing?

The elders: ...We're getting old and our eyes are failing. It's over. Carry us away.

Theme: Good.
