[Cultist Simulator] In the Place of Exile

1941. The turning point of the conflict is reached, and the wildfire of war spreads.

The ruts of war spread rapidly alongside the front lines, crushing everything caught beneath them to pieces.

The war machine called the Teutons slowly starts up, announcing the approach of a great war to the world: an unprecedented war that will soon engulf everything on earth.

Meanwhile, beyond the wars of mortals, furtive and uncanny beings, along with those far mightier than mortals, sharpen their claws, eager to take part in this great conflict.

And above the abode of the Sun, the Hours place their bets on both sides of the war, staking their own chips.

For some, this is the beginning of a grand disaster. For others, it is an appetizer before the greatest banquet.

You and your organization are undoubtedly among the latter.

You were once an important member of the [Sevenfold Great Company] (an organization that handles “difficult, troublesome people” for the powerful and influential, and occasionally for cultists), but you are no longer.

Your betrayal dealt the organization a serious blow, yet no one knows why you betrayed it.

The company's leader, your sworn enemy, that terrifying assassin, is enraged by what you did and is searching for you relentlessly. Even though your power far surpasses that of mortals, his strength remains difficult for you to withstand.

His eyes and ears are everywhere in the world. The moment your whereabouts are exposed, the company's employees will come knocking, and he will follow close behind.

Clearly, there is only one path before you: flee, and keep fleeing farther away, to the most chaotic or most secluded place you can find.

And the front lines of the Battle of Sanhuizhi Forest certainly fit the bill.

Perhaps it is time to choose the next place where you will take refuge in exile.
