Why Does the Teacher Keep Coming to Visit?

Gu Lin is 180 cm tall, handsome, and elegant. He's already made a success of his career at a young age, but the pressure at work is enormous.

He also has a fifteen-year-old son who smokes, gets into fights, and skips school, leaving him physically and mentally exhausted. So he invites a man he's been chatting with on a dating app over to his place, hoping to let loose for once and relieve some stress.

At the middle school.

Gu Xiaojiang is hauled into the homeroom teacher's office.

The teacher says, "All you do is fool around. Doesn't your family care about you?"

Gu Xiaojiang drawls, "That's just how my family is. The upper beam is crooked, so the lower one follows. My dad's away from home every other day, and when he comes back, it's always in the middle of the night. Sometimes he even orders a chicken. If you're so capable, why don't you educate my dad first?"

That evening, Lu Cheng makes a home visit.

Gu Lin gets home and assumes his date has arrived. The man looks different from what he'd imagined, but that face is still gorgeous, so he immediately starts undoing the man's belt...

Afterward, they exchange phone numbers and keep in touch. The other man comes whenever he's called.

Not long after, the school holds a parents' meeting. Gu Lin watches the man he was embracing just the night before walk up to the podium and say, sternly and seriously, "My surname is Lu, and my given name is Cheng. I'm the homeroom teacher of Class 1, Grade 9."

Gu Lin: "..."

He wants to die!

After the parents' meeting.

Gu Lin cuts off contact. Lu Chen comes looking for him in a panic, no longer his usual calm self. "Why haven't you contacted me lately? Is it because you've found someone else?"

Gu Lin says coolly, "Yeah."

Later on, the homeroom teacher makes frequent home visits, and Lu Cheng takes up all of Gu Lin's free time. When would he have time to find someone else? Find someone else, my ass!

Gu Xiaojiang leans against the kitchen doorway. "Dad, the homeroom teacher says he's coming for another home visit tomorrow."

Gu Lin's legs tremble as he brandishes a kitchen knife. "Tell him to go to hell!!!"

Home visits every single day. Is this ever going to end?
