Can Abnormalities Be Farmed?

A mysterious farm suddenly appeared in the outskirts of Tokyo.

Howls in the middle of the night, strange shadows, terrifying monsters.

The sorcerers who went to investigate mysteriously disappeared. All of this was...

*

"Just plain old farming!" the farmer, a certain Mr. X, insisted with righteous indignation.

What deadly cherry trees? What emerald-green trees that steal people? What little flowers that bite?

I don't know what you're talking about.

They're farm products, get it?!

What potions that kill you if you drink them, music boxes that drive you crazy if you listen to them, and sodas that make you disappear if you drink them?

They're decorations, do you hear me? Decorations! Don't touch them!

If you go messing with them, you're on your own. This farm doesn't offer compensation.

What man-eating fairies, infected slimes, and skinning dogs?

They're animals, animals! It's perfectly normal to raise little animals on a farm, isn't it?!

Don't act like you've never seen anything before!

"So what you're saying is that your farm products are... energy?!"

"That's right."

"Listen, farms don't produce energy." "These are agricultural products!" "They're not!" "They are!" "They're no--" "They are! You're the farmer, or am I? How could you know more than me?!"

"Then can you explain why so many missing people are working here?"

"Sigh, I'm just a weak, scholarly farmer..."

"?"

"I need help to get through my daily work."

"Then, those monsters..."

The farmer snatched the interviewer's microphone and put on a solemn expression.

"Believe in science. Monsters don't exist in this world."

But abnormalities are products of science~
