Writing some fascinating watch-along stories.
Here's the blurb:
The consciousness of this world obtained a branch imbued with power. Delighted, it tried to absorb the branch and use it to break the endless time loop.
But it failed to absorb the power. Instead, the destined villains seemed to be affected by the branch, and one after another became blameless good people in every sense of the word.
This was a disaster. Not only had it failed to break its fate, but the world had also ground to a complete halt without the villains it needed.
It could only seek help from the place where the power had come from. In the end, it got its "villains" back.
It no longer had to fret over the original members of the liquor syndicate being "sunny and cheerful," "eager to help," "righteous and indignant," and "compassionate."
Who was Officer Kurosawa? It didn't know him. All it knew was that its world was finally saved!
Not really.
What it didn't know was that a cyber ghost had sneaked into its world behind the villains who had come to save the day.
As a result, another world, following its normal course, got dragged in as well and was forced to watch an outrageous parallel world.
The Guide brought a new assignment back to the bus.
Looking at the documents in his hands, the hands on Dante's clock head were tying themselves into knots.
What did it mean that the Golden Bough for this assignment would only be awarded after the commission was completed?
The task was to role-play according to a script, with no set time limit?
The Sinners crowded around to read, all talking at once as they discussed who would play which role.
The noise made the Guide's LED light turn on.
The loudest Sinners suddenly fell silent and meekly returned to their seats.
Tick, tock.
"The Manager is asking how to assign the roles."
The Guide picked up a small bucket from his seat.
"Ah, I know! Are we drawing lots?"
The results of the draw:
Rum: Heathcliff
Gin: Rodion

And of course, the Boss is Dante.
It really was completely random. The author used a random number generator.
