[Western Crossover] The Masked Vigilante's Rules of Love

What's the most awkward thing in the world?

Samuel didn't know what it was for other people, but for him, it was this.

His ex-boyfriend, whom he'd dated when he was young and foolish before dumping him a few years later, was standing right in front of him outside an abandoned warehouse.

His ex was in a police uniform, looking like a successful man who'd landed a stable government job. Meanwhile, Samuel was clutching discounted groceries, looking disheveled, like a refugee who'd just escaped a disaster.

The contrast was so stark it could almost make someone forget that the surroundings had suddenly changed.

Almost.

The instant he pushed open the supermarket door, he found himself in the middle of nowhere. The fact that he hadn't yelled for Superman to save him was the last remnant of Samuel's self-control, never mind that he'd run into his ex-boyfriend from across the ocean.

Especially since he looked so down on his luck.

With things having come to this, Samuel slowly gave his ex a smile he thought was gentle, hoping to break the awkward silence.

Then he saw his ex-boyfriend abruptly take two steps back, as if he'd seen a ghost.

Samuel: ...

Samuel: OK, I am fine

The CP is that big blue bird that goes “yiyi yiyi yiyi.”

A few things to know before reading:

1. This blurb is just a rough draft for now and may change.

2. Apologies for everything. The plot has no logic, so apologies for that, too.

3. It's probably an adventure about two people transmigrating all over the place, with a short romance.

Theme: Making peace with yourself is the beginning of a new life.
