[Mythology Crossover] Stop Pretending, You're Clearly Not Ordinary Office Workers

[Socially Anxious College Student x A Nonhuman Extrovert Squad]

Ye Ji landed a job during her internship at a community service center where everyone slacked off.

Her coworkers were warm and friendly, the benefits were absurdly good, and workplace rules were lax. She seemed to be the only one who actually stayed at her desk and worked. On top of that, they charged outrageous prices to mediate disputes, all the services at the counters involved rule-breaking, and the people coming in to get things done all had names straight out of myths and legends.

The whole neighborhood was a little strange.

Ye Ji: Is this place even legal?

Coworkers: It is. It's just not quite human.

She once thought she'd stumbled into a scam operation, and at another point she thought her boss saw her as a corporate drone. She had no idea that everyone at the center saw her as their one and only precious little human.

Theme: Beware of romance scams.
