My Yokohama!

I have lost my memory. I don't know my name or surname, only that I am an emperor who rules over vast lands.

Fortunately, I still remember the territory I am proudest of: Yokohama!

I am the sole lord of Yokohama. My subjects adore me, and I am extremely charming, so everyone I lay eyes on is in love with me.

"Hey! If you're sick, go get treated!" There are also disrespectful fools, which makes me very angry. This fool seems to want to send me to a place called a mental hospital, but I must stop him from making decisions on my behalf.

"Give me back my wallet!" the fool shouted furiously. Hah, but he couldn't catch me.

I received tribute from a fool by the roadside, then used the money to take the train to Yokohama.

It was a little strange, though. Whenever I rode the train, people kept trying to catch me, claiming they wanted to take a robber to the police station. Of course, I couldn't agree to that!

Luckily, as soon as I entered Yokohama, the people following me stopped. This only confirmed that I was the emperor of Yokohama.

Normally, the highest place is where the palace stands, and that's where I should live. But my palace had been occupied by a group of men in black who called themselves the Port Mafia!

To uphold the dignity of the emperor, I had to take back my palace! And so I successfully occupied the five buildings flying the Port Mafia's flags. The traitorous men in black bowed down and pledged their allegiance to me.

A traitor named Mori Ogai even handed over all his power without a fight. How sycophantic! Utterly contemptible!

"Your humble servant, Mori Ogai, pays his respects to Your Maje...sty." I thought I saw a hint of gritted teeth beneath that fawning face, but as a magnanimous and benevolent emperor, I forgave my subject for the discrepancy between his words and his true feelings.

There are many extraordinary abilities in this world, and [Emperor] is a particularly notable one. This ability is immensely powerful, but its unique side effect turns its Host into a public enemy. Countless factions have made enemies of him and offered enormous bounties for his head.

A bizarre wanted criminal and transcendent whose ability is called [Emperor]. At irregular intervals, he enters a special state. While in this deranged state, he stubbornly believes he is an emperor and does all sorts of outrageous things, such as seizing land that belongs to someone else.

At the same time, while deranged, he is granted unparalleled strength and can easily defeat anyone he regards as a traitor. Even transcendent beings of the same rank cannot stand against him.

His head is worth at least five hundred million pounds. Apparently, this is because, during one of his episodes, he thought he was the Emperor of England, declared, "I must uphold the dignity of the emperor!" defeated every transcendent in Britain, broke into Buckingham Palace, and actually ruled as king for three days.

Because of this, some people call him the [Three-Day Monarch].

Out of such deep-seated hatred, Ms. Christie of the Clock Tower even angrily vowed that she would cut off the head of that madman and kick it around like a football before she died!

P.S. When the protagonist is [deranged], anything could happen, so don't try to understand his thoughts using ordinary logic. He persecutes everyone equally and sends everyone flying.
