As a weakling vampire who sleeps by day and prowls by night, Allen wants to make his nocturnal lifestyle seem reasonable, drink fresh animal blood without attracting suspicion, and earn enough money to repair his castle. So he has proudly become a paleontologist, self-appointed. That way, he can go exploring in the wilderness in broad daylight and drink his fill!
He still hasn't found any useful fossils, and repairing the castle remains a distant dream. But sleeping in a basement coffin isn't so bad, either.
The trouble is, Allen seems to have bad luck. He barely drinks any blood before stumbling across treasure hidden by thieves, a human corpse that appears out of nowhere, or even a vicious criminal on the run from the law!
Luckily, a brave and great detective always shows up to save him: Mr. Sherlock Holmes!
But before long, Allen notices something strange.
Why does Holmes always manage to find him, even when he's originally a whole county away?
Could it be because of the bottle-drifting System in Allen's mind? But the bottles he sends out are supposed to reach different people. Why does it look like Mr. Holmes is the one receiving every single one?
Holmes reads the bottle that has appeared in his mind: I think I've found some treasure in the forest, hidden by someone. Could it be like those legends, treasure hidden by elves?
Holmes: Very suspicious. I don't know how this bottle message got here, but whoever hid the treasure might be a criminal. I'll go take a look.
Bottle: Aaaaaah, why is there a human corpse here?! Someone murdered them!
Holmes: ? This fellow's pretty lucky. I'll go take a look.
Bottle: Help, help, help! Why is there a murderer in the forest? It looks like he's going to kill me too!
Holmes (excited): This Mr. Bottle is so lucky! I think I'll come across more cases if I stay near him!
Mr. Bottle, whom Holmes calls lucky, is being chased by a murderer: QAQ
Holmes, suspicious: Why does a paleontologist always like to sleep by day and prowl by night? Isn't the wilderness more dangerous after dark? And that blood at the corner of your mouth...
Vampire Mr. Bottle: Why is my life so difficult! I'm really not a vampire, believe me, Holmes!

Here's a plug for my upcoming story, The Cthulhu Madman Sets His Sights on Holmes. Please add it to your collection, dear readers! Blurb below:
Mushrooms, mycelium, countless connections, grass and trees mingling with a foul fragrance.
On his quest to uncover history, Ivey acquired a miraculous, wicked, or perhaps divinely bestowed power.
He didn't feel like anything about him had changed. He simply found that he could acquire the traits of other creatures with ease.
Dogs have a keen sense of smell. All he had to do was take one apart and eat it, and that trait would be his.
And there were cats' nimble movements, plants' photosynthesis, owls' night vision...
Then Ivey discovered a man with such a brilliant mind, and decided he wanted him!
Holmes discovers a dangerous person has appeared at his side. This person has extraordinary physical abilities and always looks at him with longing and adoration.
It looks like love, but it absolutely isn't, because Holmes sees the naked desire in the other's eyes!
This is an evil, mad, unspeakable thing, tainted by history.
Could such a creature really exist? Ha! He's always been intensely curious about new things. He'll find out exactly what it is, and he absolutely won't let it hurt anyone else!
P.S. Cthulhu fiction, a new attempt, and a pretty dark one.
Theme: Never abandon hope, and never give up!
Sometimes I really feel that human nature is inherently evil and that is the true meaning...
So don't feel good about yourself casually, and don't make false claims casually, hahahahahahahahaha
I haven't seen enough. Allen should return to the sun as soon as possible [please]
[Dog Head] Does he want Sherlock Holmes' blood?
"United Great Britain and Ireland..." Gave the author a big bug~
united kingdom of great britain and northern ireland
Vampires lose their night vision?
The kind of murderer who blows up skyscrapers in Conan, you need to be symmetrical
The scariest thing is not how many people died in the case, but the number of people who died in the real incident. A Tom died in this novel, but a 1-2 year old boy died in the real world. There is a prototype case, I have seen the news. I saw a story in which a little rural girl died and felt very depressed. I said it was lucky that it was a story. The author is a real policeman and told me that the real prototype killed two children. [Fear]
The comments I posted in the first two chapters actually guessed the murderer... When I saw a British boy being run over to death on the railway tracks, my first reaction was that real case in reality. Sure enough, have you seen that news too? That is really one of the most disgusting cases that I think the law protects minor criminals.
The train ran over the boy. I think of a real case in the UK. It was two boys, aged six and eight, who abused a boy aged one or two, and finally put each other on the railway track and were crushed alive by the train. The two demons were not only released because they were too young, but their names were also hidden. In other words, they can grow up normally and blend into human society.
I think it is impossible to change this kind of person. This is not a matter of ignorance. Because humans are inherently afraid of the death and pain of their own kind. Even if a child doesn't understand right and wrong, he or she will be frightened and disgusted when seeing other people injured, bleeding, screaming in pain, or dying, let alone doing it themselves. It's not as scary for adults to do this as it is for children, because adults may have other reasons, such as hatred. Children do it just for fun. They are born without the ability to empathize with the suffering of others. Without human emotions, they will not become better through education.
