[Updating slowly]
Ren Qing'an, once the Child of Heaven in the main world but now long retired, received a commission from the world's consciousness.
He was to travel to small worlds on the verge of extinction and maintain them, while collecting the fragments of his soul that had scattered there many years ago.
In those small worlds, after immersively living through the lives of several characters, Ren Qing'an finally sensed that something was wrong.
Why is my character in every world so strange?
And why am I always an irredeemable villain?!
"Ren Jizhi, this is your comeuppance. You deserve to die a thousand deaths!"
"Three thousand cuts. How could you bring yourself to do that?"
"Traitor... How could you be a traitor? Song Hui... Did you forget the oath we swore back then?"
"Criminal Song Hui, sentenced to death."
"Not one person ever believed him! Should I be grateful he didn't die at the hands of the very people he swore to protect?"
"Fairness and justice? Those have always been privileges reserved for a select few..."
Blood slid from the young man's fingertips. His eyes held the same gentle smile as always, and his voice was faint. "What I owe, I must repay..."
And so, he died in the endless darkness, in front of the people who hated him to the core.
If only he'd held on a little longer, the dawn would have come.
Rules for performing in a bad-ending script
1. You are the character yourself.
2. You will die in the darkness before dawn.
3. And... you are about to return to the beginning of the story.
World One: [Tyrannical Minister]
"He didn't live to see this peaceful, prosperous age."
World Two: [Traitor]
"He died on the eve of the verdict. It wasn't suicide. He never lost hope in this world... He died in the line of duty."
World Three: [Heterodox Path]
"Ten years after I died, someone summoned my soul, hoping I would return."
None of this should be called clearing his name. It was vindication.
P.S.
1. No CP. The male lead is beautiful, powerful, and tragic. Bad-ending tone (not every world necessarily has a bad ending; the overall ending is happy).
2. A little ensemble cast.
3. Slow transmigration. The pacing is extremely slow; I like writing stories that unfold gradually.
4. A work based on the author's personal tastes, with over-the-top melodrama.
5. The protagonist is reborn in every world. These are stories set after his rebirth.
6. Stories about the light and original ideals that endure even in the deepest darkness, about living on in the face of death.
Theme: The road is dim and perilous, yet even if I must die nine times, I will never regret it.
Bosses, stop waiting, go to bed early, the writing is so stuck, I doubt my life 😭 😭
Teacher, when will you come back to write? TvT
Ahhhhhhh, so angry! I feel so bad 😭 I hate Wu Xian. . . Ignorant and naive and pure evil. . . . . .
It feels like General Ren came back early to set up a very wide-ranging plan in this life [covering face and peeking]
How can I put it this way? The writing is pretty good. Sometimes there are too many narrations and it's a bit confusing. In fact, completion is more important than perfection.
Will there be any more treasures soon? TT
Is Bao available today? 🙏 🙏 What time is it? [Spread flowers]
Wuwuwuwu, little bitter gourd 😭 😭 😭
