Words Left Unsaid

A hundred years after the death of the infamous demon lord Lu Zhiyao... he was reborn as one of the harem's male concubines owned by his dear friend Xiao Daocheng.

He had just bathed and burned incense, and was kneeling in the eerie main hall, waiting to be summoned to his bed.

For some reason, his close friend, once the leader of the righteous sects, had become a completely different person. He had not only betrayed the hundred immortal sects and seized the Land of No Return, but also imposed exorbitant taxes and amassed wealth without restraint. He was also indiscriminate in his desires and debauched beyond measure.

His countless demonic followers spread a reputation so vile it could frighten children into bed.

Before Lu Zhiyao could get over his shock,

Mount Yaoguang high in the ninth heaven suddenly blazed with golden light. Clang... clang, clang... Nine long tolls rang out, proclaiming the news to the world.

The mountain lord had returned.

The ancestors of the great immortal sects blanched. Impossible. That demon was dead, completely and utterly dead.

Still a weakling, Lu Zhiyao was half a beat slow to look up through the ceiling of the hall: "..."

The reason he and Xiao Daocheng had been close friends was that before people began calling for his head, he had been the lord of Mount Yaoguang, the foremost of the nine immortal sects.

"Whoosh."

The heavy doors swung open. The countless dark figures waiting in the snow immediately dropped to the ground.

Lu Zhiyao lowered his head in an instant, too.

Times had changed, and so had Xiao Daocheng. He would meet change with constancy.

A pair of black boots stopped in Lu Zhiyao's lowered field of vision. The gaze from above sent a shiver down his bare neck. "If you're clean, get into bed."

Lu Zhiyao: "...?"

Are you really crazy?

Theme: Never give up too easily.
