The Patriarch Is Still Saving People Today

Chen Baoyou transmigrated to a cultivation continent, possessed astounding talent, and ascended with ease.

Who could have known that cultivators in the upper realm were more common than dogs? Every newly arrived cultivator was sent off to mine, and Chen Baoyou was no exception.

Before he could get his footing, the sect he'd casually founded in the lower realm, with its formidable power and exceptionally talented disciples, began ascending one after another like dumplings tumbling out of a pot. They were all caught and put to work. Chen Baoyou rescued them one after another, nearly losing his life in the process.

If you ask, his lot in life is just miserable. :)

For the sake of a group of little brats, Chen Baoyou had no choice but to knock on the door of his former nemesis, now his immediate superior.

The door opened. The person inside looked at him expressionlessly.

Chen Baoyou immediately embraced him with heartfelt emotion. "My good brother, help me out. The kids are going to starve!"

The other's expression changed, and his gaze grew increasingly dangerous. "Whose kids?"

Chen Baoyou begged for a little food. When he got home and saw all those mouths to feed, he nearly cried.

But his disciples and their descendants were well-behaved and sensible. They gazed at him with admiration. "As expected of our founding patriarch, the role model for us all. How incredible!"

"..."

Chen Baoyou was encouraged again. In the middle of the night, he knocked on someone's window once more. "A good brother makes a good cultivation partner. How about you take a look at the kids first?"

One day, a certain good man woke with a start, wanting to see the adorable children Chen Baoyou kept talking about.

The disciples and their descendants sat together, reminiscing about the past. When someone brought up a certain topic, they were stunned.

"What? That demon actually ascended with our founding patriarch?!"

"What demon? Isn't he the Demon Ancestor who pacified the Three Realms?"

"What ancestor? Isn't he our founding patriarch's cultivation partner?"

"They were forced apart to save all living beings. I can't get over it!"

Only then did everyone learn that the tragic love story between their founding patriarch and a certain demon had spread throughout the entire small world.

The man, who had been about to get angry, paused. Suddenly, he thought the children seemed pretty cute. Raising them might not be so bad.
