Farming to Survive: I Have a Forest of Horrors

Luo Qi was pulled into a survival game, starting in a vast primeval forest.

Hooray, what fertile land!

Luo Qi's racial instincts kicked into overdrive. This tree looks good, I'll transplant it to my place. This fruit looks good, I'll transplant it to my place. That one looks good, and so does that one...

While other players struggled to find resources, Luo Qi happily farmed away. While other players ran for their lives from monsters, Luo Qi happily farmed away.

Soon, Luo Qi's safe house had been transformed into a lush... second primeval forest.

When natural disasters struck, Luo Qi lounged in his warm little home, watching snowstorms rage and lightning flash outside, with every danger kept firmly at bay.

The rankings for quality of life were updated, and Luo Qi took first place. While the other players wailed and begged for tips, Luo Qi looked baffled... I don't know. I just farmed.

One day, the players returned to the hellish beginner zone where they'd started. Recalling how brutal it had been, they were still shaken.

Then they saw someone swagger out of the Devil's Forest, completely unharmed.

Players: "???"

The top-ranked player's power was truly terrifying.

Were they really playing the same game?!!!
