The novels about the Southern and Northern Dynasties are quite difficult, but this one is pretty good. It tells the story of the protagonist who time travels to the grandson of Xiao Yan, the Bodhisattva Emperor of Nanliang, and helps the disintegrated Nanliang survive Hou Jing's Rebellion, and then competes with Gao Yang's Northern Qi and Yuwentai's Western Wei for hegemony in the post-Three Kingdoms era.
