It's a historical-era story. At the beginning, the heroine catches loaches and runs away from her toxic family. She hasn't gotten far when she meets the hero, and the two of them start a business together. I think they first opened a restaurant. The heroine may have gone to college, too, and they also sold sunglasses and belts.
