Are There Any Books With a Protagonist Who Is a Deity? A God From the Start, Nothing Else!!

Are there stories where the protagonist is a god? They should be a god from the start, not someone who gradually becomes one. I want a god with an air of detachment, before whom all beings are equal. For example, in their eyes, people and ants, or anything else, are all the same, with no distinction of status or worth.
