Official Film Review: From the Start, I Banned the Capital's Young Master

After transmigrating to a parallel world, Lin Bei becomes a specially appointed film reviewer for the General Administration of Culture and Entertainment, holding the power to make or break the film industry!

Just as the authorities launch a crackdown on variety shows, the live-streamed program The Trash Film Tribunal goes viral. From the start, Lin Bei openly takes on the capital's young master, and the whole internet goes wild!

A pretty-boy celebrity can only read numbers? Red card, blacklisted on the spot, and kicked out of the industry!

A capital-circle director uses nostalgia to serve up garbage? Here's an under-the-table contract. Off to operate a sewing machine in prison!

Facing Pure Love Era, Lin Bei unleashes his cutting tongue: "A movie with no plot is like a pile of crap. Let the king of trash films, Nine-Turn Large Intestine, carve flowers into it himself!"

The bigwigs of the capital circle are completely dumbfounded. They join forces to protest and roar, "If you're so good at criticizing, why don't you make a movie yourself?"

Lin Bei sneers and counters with Dying to Survive and The Wandering Earth, crushing them with a higher dimension of filmmaking.

The whole internet goes wild: "We asked you to clean up the entertainment industry, and you sent the capital circle to prison. Fine. But how did you end up becoming a world-class director too?!"
