After the Bridgehead Incident, the balance among the gang leaders has been thrown into disarray and has yet to be restored. The gang territories in the north begin to shift as southern factions launch a major invasion. At the tea table, the six gang leaders scheme and plot against one another, setting off a bloody war between north and south.
