Espionage: Bound to a Covert Operations System from the Start

In 1937, Shanghai falls to the Japanese. Lu Chuan, a Communist Party courier in Huaguo, risks his life to rescue his twin brother, Lu Xun, an intelligence agent for the Central Bureau of Investigation. Before dying, his brother presses a codebook into his hands. "From today on, you are Lu Xun."

Forced to assume his brother's identity, Lu Chuan infiltrates the Central Bureau to hunt down a traitor codenamed "White Dove." Shen Bo, Su Man, and Han Tie are killed one after another, and the clues point to 76 Jisifeier Road. He takes on a third face, Chen Mo, a Japanese translator, and infiltrates the Wang Jingwei regime's secret police headquarters.

Three infiltrations, three identities. White Dove is a senior figure at 76, with a scar on the left hand and the codename "Begonia." And this person is hiding behind the very documents he translates every day.

After a night of bloodshed, the twin who survived is only just beginning his second life.
