Two Years of Skipping Work, Still Getting Paid: My Boss Is Liu Tianxian

In 2012, Liu Mang is clutching a salary card that receives 12,000 yuan every month, even though nobody has checked on him for two years. He is on his way to the company to give the boss, HR, and accounting a piece of his mind, only to discover that he is actually the third assistant, secretly employed by the celestial beauty Liu Yifei for the past two years. Quit? He can't bear to stop seeing the beauty. Stay? It gets in the way of lying flat. He grits his teeth and decides to stick it out for two months, just to feast his eyes. Then everything explodes across the internet: This assistant doesn't suck up, compete for attention, or act meek. He talks back to stars and bosses alike, wins over an entire film crew with a home-cooked meal, and leaves viewers across the internet stunned with a robot dog. Some call him lazy, but the whole crew can't eat without him. Others call him useless, but his casual gear upgrades and offhand advice about acting have both Best Actor and Best Actress chasing after him to call him master. Liu Mang only wants to slack off, but the whole world keeps begging him not to. He believes wise men don't fall in love, and that foot massages are the real happy ending. Yet the celestial beauty finds him more and more appealing. Two years of unclaimed pay, 80,000 coins, max-level life skills, and blueprints for futuristic tech: the entertainment industry's ultimate schemer is officially open for business.
