Naruto: I've Gone Full Villain, and You Still Call Me Hokage?

[Menma, not a saint, thrilling battles, unstoppable domination, no CP] In another world, Namikaze Menma was an apocalyptic demon who personally captured the Nine Tailed Beasts and razed the hypocritical shinobi world to the ground. But a spacetime storm sent him to a new life. When he opened his eyes, he found himself reborn as twelve-year-old Naruto Uzumaki. He lived in a leaky shack, drank expired milk, and was treated like a curse by the whole village. It was miserable, to say the least. Watching Mizuki’s clumsy betrayal act and the Third Hokage’s kindly gaze fixed on him through a crystal ball, Menma sneered inwardly: “Steal the Sealing Scroll? Since the vault door has opened for me, I’ll take every jutsu in that scroll.” He wasn’t stupid enough to learn only the Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu! Flying Thunder God, Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags, Eight Gates... He took apart Konoha’s forbidden jutsu page by page, crushed a steel Shuriken in one hand, then blasted a Chunin into the ground with the other! While Hiruzen Sarutobi was still pondering how to tame him into a weapon for Konoha with the “Will of Fire,” and Danzo was secretly plotting to take control of the Jinchūriki... Menma had already formed a pitch-black Great Spiraling Ring in his palm, looking down over all of Konoha: “Make me Hokage? So I can inherit your cheap Will of Fire?” “Old man, I’ve already gone dark and destroyed the world, and you call this being Hokage?!”
