Naruto: Minato's Elder Brother Freezes the Nine-Tails from the Start

[Hokage + Minato's older brother + Ice Fruit + ruthless and unsentimental] Lin Yan transmigrates into the world of Naruto and becomes Minato Namikaze's long-lost older brother, Namikaze Bingyan. He also accidentally eats a mutated Chakra Fruit called the Ice Fruit. Unable to control his power, he is frozen deep inside the Namikaze family home. Then, on the night of the Nine-Tails' attack, the shockwave from a Tailed Beast Bomb pierces the seal, and the ice coffin shatters! Awakening with two sets of memories, Bingyan sees the couple about to be pierced by the Nine-Tails and the baby destined to grow up lonely and shunned. His gaze turns ice-cold. “This time, that tragedy will not happen again!” He raises a hand, and the Nine-Tails' claws freeze in midair! He turns, interrupts Minato's Reaper Death Seal, and forcibly suppresses half of the Nine-Tails! When Danzō arrives with the Root, acting high and mighty as he tries to take over the “Nine-Tails Jinchuriki,” Bingyan cuts off his right arm with a blade of ice. “What did you just call my nephew?” From then on, Konoha gains a merciless, ice-cold asura. Minato serves as the kindest Hokage in the open, while Bingyan becomes the sharpest blade in the shadows. Uchiha Fugaku, Shimura Danzō, the Masked Man Obito... Anyone who tries to scheme against the Namikaze family will learn what absolute zero feels like!
