The Great Tang's Immortal: From the Start, I Knock Li Yuanji Down with a Brick

Qin Wusui has lived for three thousand years. He’s had drinks with the First Emperor and gone hunting with Emperor Wu of Han.

At long last, the Tang dynasty has arrived, and all he wants is a peaceful afternoon nap on the walls of Chang’an.

But the killing below is deafening: the Xuanwu Gate Incident has begun!

In a fit of extreme sleep-deprived rage, Qin Wusui hurls a brick and knocks out Li Yuanji, who was about to attack with a hidden arrow.

Li Shimin gazes at this commoner who seems to have fallen from the sky, is amazed by him, and shamelessly begs him to join the cause.

From then on, the solemn tone of the early Tang is completely thrown off course.

The Turks are invading south? A copy of "Modern Cavalry Defense" turns Jieli Khan into the head of the Tang imperial ranch.

The aristocratic clans are throwing their weight around? "Five Years of Imperial Exams, Three Years of Practice Tests" works the noble scions so hard they question their existence.

Li Shimin: “Sir, you truly are a heavenly being. The Tang’s eternal foundations depend on you!”

Qin Wusui yawns. “Stop bothering me. The plans for the Tang’s empire on which the sun never sets are on the table. Go build it yourselves!”
