You Told Me to Be a Fugitive, but I Became a Doctor on the Runaway Show

[Frightening Face + Hardcore Medical Skills + The Entire Internet Misreads Everything]

My name is Qin Lie. Until the day before yesterday, I was a doctor. Now I'm an “escaped fugitive wanted by the police”, for a variety show, anyway.

I have a System that makes my medical skills stronger the more frightened people are of me.

And with a face that looks like I've not only killed people but chopped up their bodies, I've become the nightmare of this show's fugitive contestants.

I went to a pharmacy to buy gauze.

The clerk called the police: “Hello? Police? Someone wants to buy tools to commit a crime and dispose of a body!”

I went to a hardware store to buy a saw. (Surgical equipment is too expensive, what can I do?)

The owner burst into tears. “Big brother, all the money's on the counter. Just don't kill me!”

Even when I kindly helped the pretty policewoman chasing me set a bone

She stared at me with tears in her eyes. “If you're going to kill me, just do it. Don't torture me!”

The audience screamed: “Monster! Let that girl go!”

Qin Lie was exasperated. “I just want to treat people and save lives, and maybe win a prize. Why is the whole world begging me not to kill anyone?”

Then a massive earthquake struck. A blood-soaked man, holding a rusty pair of scissors, snatched three thousand lives back from the jaws of death… The whole internet broke down in tears: “We're sorry, Doctor Qin! We were too loud!”
