NBA: I'll Lead LeBron to His Fifth Championship!

A car accident left Li Luo confined to a wheelchair for five bleak years.

Then he transmigrates and gets a new lease on life, becoming a freshman at USC and a classmate of Bronny.

Still recovering from a serious illness, he is mercilessly mocked on an outdoor court in Los Angeles by “Mad Dog” Beverley, an NBA journeyman. On the sidelines, LeBron James is so disappointed that he’s about to leave.

At the critical moment, Li Luo awakens the Teammate Skill Copy System.

“Ding! Teammate LeBron James detected on the court. Skill copied successfully!”

“Acquired 80% of James’s bulldozing drive ability!”

That night, James is stunned to see this Chinese-American college student using a domineering drive just like his own, repeatedly overpowering Beverley.

A few months later, after going undrafted, Li Luo is preparing to return to China when James calls him personally. Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka shows up at Li Luo’s door in the middle of the night with a guaranteed contract.

James: “As long as Li’s on the court, it feels like we’ve got two LeBrons out there!”

Haters in the media: “Li Luo is a one-trick system player. He just got lucky!”

But in the games that follow, Li Luo copies Anthony Davis’s defense one day and D’Angelo Russell’s three-point shooting the next.

When he carries the team single-handedly in the Finals, drains an absurd, game-winning three in the face of a defender, and puts up a 40-point, 15-rebound game, the entire league falls silent.

Li Luo: “You say I’ve only got one trick? I was just trying to save you some face.”
