A Sexy Older Woman in Black Stockings Wants a Roommate, and I Can't Keep My Cool

【Urban Slice of Life】+【Lighthearted Comedy】+【Roommates to Lovers】+【Glamorous, Contrasting Older Woman】 People say the biggest risk of sharing a place with a woman is the trouble she might bring, but Lin Chen was short on cash, so he advertised his spare bedroom for rent. The good news: The tenant paid six months' rent upfront. The bad news: She was a cool, glamorous woman. Even more unbelievable, she looked just like "Black Cat Sis," the woman Lin Chen had been chatting with online for three months, who'd never once shown her face. That night, Gu Qingtang stood at the door with her suitcase. In a black dress and slim heels, she was so aloof and elegant that she looked less like a tenant and more like she was here to test his virtue. Lin Chen forced himself to act calm. "A man and a woman sharing a place. We should keep our distance." Gu Qingtang smiled faintly. "Mr. Lin, are you afraid of me?" Lin Chen: "I'm afraid of trouble." And yet, on her first day in the apartment, he helped her fix the curtains. On the second, he helped her move a bookcase. On the third, a beautiful girl in white socks showed up to interview for a tutoring job. His buddy Zhao Xiao nearly lost it on the spot. "A glamorous woman in a black dress and a beautiful girl in white socks? Chen, and you still say you're not a Casanova?" Lin Chen swore to heaven and earth. "I'm really not!" But then Black Cat Sis messaged him: 【That girl in white socks is pretty cute.】 A chill ran down Lin Chen's back. He looked over at Gu Qingtang, leisurely sipping coffee by the dining table. The corners of her eyes curved in a smile. "Mr. Lin, care to explain?" From then on, Lin Chen's life as a roommate spiraled completely out of control. By day, she's a cool, independent former CEO who's fallen on hard times. By night, she's Black Cat Sis, teasing him from behind a screen until he can't sleep. "Lin Chen, do you like black dresses?" "No, I'm just studying how light and shadow work." "Then come shopping for dresses with me this weekend, big sis."
