A Slacking, Give-Up-Minded Security Guard: A Rich Woman Begs Me to Take Her In!

[Misunderstanding Comedy + Subverting Expectations + Everyone’s Wild Assumptions + Workplace Reform + Easygoing Comedy]

My name is He Changji. After leaving the military, I got a low-level security job in an exclusive neighborhood for the super-rich, and happened to bind the Billionaire Severance Pay System.

As long as I get legally fired by the company without breaking the law, a hundred billion yuan will land in my account instantly!

To get fired and collect my money as soon as possible, I push the boundaries of the rules every day, trying every possible way to get myself canned.

During a night shift, I roasted sweet potatoes in the lobby. The smoke accidentally set off the fire sprinklers, which drenched a corporate assassin hiding in the ceiling until he was foaming at the mouth.

I strictly enforced the rules and locked an arrogant heiress out in the pouring rain. Then I casually swung my thermos, knocking out a wanted criminal who was about to kidnap her.

To fan the flames, I cooked a pot of extra-stinky, extra-spicy luosifen for a depressed billionaire. After eating it, she insisted on giving me five million yuan as a sponsorship fee.

I was at my wit’s end, so I openly cursed out the property management company for bleeding the residents dry at a homeowners’ meeting, hoping they’d fire me on the spot.

But then...

The aloof CEO Yin Hongye’s eyes turned red: “You fear no authority and treat money like dirt. Starting today, you’re the group’s Director of Discipline!”

The haughty heiress Luo Feifei clung tightly to my leg: “You’re tough but tender. I’ll marry no one but you!”

Even the executives of the trillion-yuan conglomerate worshipped me: “God He sees all and can control everything with one hand. He’s truly the godfather of the business world!”

I looked at myself, not only still employed but being promoted at every turn and forcibly placed on a pedestal by gorgeous rich women, and my mind went blank.

“Please, just fire me! I don’t want to reform the workplace. I need to go home and inherit my hundred billion yuan!”
