The Ming Dynasty's Number One Madman: From the Start, I Drive Zhu Insane

After transmigrating to the Great Ming, Shen Ye becomes the “star of calamity” in the residence of the Minister of Rites.

His birth mother died a tragic death, his father despises him, and his stepmother plots against him. From the start, he is brutally beaten, forcibly struck from the family register, and thrown out of the house!

At the end of his rope, Shen Ye awakens the Madman System. He comes across the dying imperial grandson Zhu Xiongying and turns the tables with overwhelming skill, bringing him back from the dead!

The Hongwu Emperor, Zhu Yuanzhang, is overjoyed, but his naturally suspicious nature makes him draw his saber and snort, “Boy, if you have even the slightest disloyal thought, I’ll wipe out your entire clan!”

Shen Ye throws back his head and laughs. “Your Majesty, do you mean that? This commoner was just cast out of the Shen family and stands alone in the world. If you want to wipe out my clan, please issue the order at once. Start by beheading that Minister father of mine who dotes on his concubine and mistreats his wife! Then chop up my vicious stepmother and hypocritical little brother! This commoner thanks Your Majesty for your gracious favor!”

Old Zhu is dumbstruck, the entire court is stunned, and the Minister, who rushes over to claim credit, wets himself on the spot!

From then on, the Great Ming gains an unparalleled madman with power over all under heaven. He treats the empress, saves the crown prince, builds firearms, and pacifies the northern barbarians!

When Shen Ye is enfeoffed as a prince despite having no imperial blood, the entire Minister’s family, sentenced to execution and reduced to prisoners, kneels in tears at the execution ground, begging him to reclaim his ancestry.

Shen Ye sneers. “You were the ones who struck me from the family register. Now you want to claim kinship? The time has come. Behead them for me!”
