The Marco Polo Bridge Incident breaks out. The front lines suffer defeat after defeat, and the whole nation is in anguish!

The generals at the Ministry of Military Affairs mock him for being wet behind the ears. He knocks out the Nationalist Army’s martial arts champion in three moves, then hits the bullseye with every shot from five hundred meters away!

Ordered to form China’s first special forces unit, he outclasses all the elite soldiers during recruitment!

Thirty-six special forces operatives annihilate an entire Japanese battalion without a single casualty!

They launch a surprise attack on an airfield and destroy twenty enemy planes. They assassinate a brigade commander and throw a sweep involving a hundred thousand Japanese troops into chaos!

The Nationalist Party is corrupt and incompetent? Then he’ll take his troops and join the Eighth Route Army!

From then on, a “Ghost” Special Forces Brigade appears in northwestern Shanxi. Three hundred men take on a Japanese regiment of three thousand, striking such terror into the invading forces that they flee at the mere mention of the island nation!

Japanese soldiers: Please, don’t come back. We really can’t beat you!
