The Cheetah and the Rose

A sweet urban romance blending suspense, romance, and doting love from a tough hero

Undercover tough guy + passionate reporter + suspenseful investigations + mutual salvation

He: A former elite SWAT officer who spent three years undercover in an underground fight club. He looks cold and hard, but is meticulous and perceptive.

She: An investigative journalist who graduated from a top journalism school. Cheerful, resilient, and deeply empathetic, she may look petite and sweet, but she has a stubborn streak that won’t let her turn back until she hits a wall.

From “risking everything to expose the truth” to “standing side by side to protect what matters,” she goes from relying on her camera to document the facts to using her intelligence and courage to help solve cases, eventually becoming a partner in both life and battle, someone who can stand shoulder to shoulder with Lu Zheng.
