I Am the Empress's Personal Fake Eunuch

The darkest secret of the Great Yong Dynasty is hidden in the lowliest servants’ quarters.

Su Chen is an unlucky man who transmigrated to this world and wants nothing more than to survive quietly in the imperial palace. But fate has other plans: he stumbles upon the shocking secret that the Empress is a woman.

The Empress doesn’t kill him. Instead, she gives him two choices: die, or take charge of her inner palace.

From then on, the fake eunuch becomes the true power behind the harem. He keeps the consorts in line and calms their fears; he makes plans at court and eliminates his rivals. No one knows that the decisions which command the ministers’ respect come from the hand of a fake eunuch.

He helps the Empress secure her throne, and she gives him unrivaled power. It’s a deal that benefits them both, but somewhere along the way, it changes into something else.

When the Empress sees more and more people gathering around Su Chen, she can’t hold back any longer. “Whose side are you on, really?”

Su Chen looks at her and, for the first time, doesn’t call himself “this servant.” “What do you think?”
