The Celestial-Eyed Viceroy

He opened his eyes to find that he had become a newly castrated young eunuch, though he had been a police captain in his previous life. Faced with a throat-slitting in a secret chamber of the Ghost Palace, the poisoning of an entire salt merchant family, and the theft of a consort's treasures, the officials of the entire court were utterly helpless. Fortunately, he had brought along an ultimate crime-solving tool: a police tablet powered by solar charging! Fingerprint matching, bloodstain analysis, psychological profiling: these modern forensic techniques gave him an overwhelming advantage in the Ming Dynasty. The Director of the Western Depot wanted to make him his weapon, a thousand-household officer of the Eastern Depot wanted him dead, and a hidden Jin Yi Wei agent wanted to recruit him. Even the emperor both revered and feared the "immortal artifact that could make images appear" in his hands. Watch as this lowly eunuch solves bizarre cases with science, stirs the court with evidence, and forges the legend of a generation's "Heaven's Eye Governor"!
