Synopsis

I’m Administrator Zero, and my mission is to lead humanity’s “Return” from the post-apocalyptic wasteland of Talos-II. I thought I’d wake up and get to do some high-minded planetary development, but instead I spend every day “doing grunt work” on Talos-II: shoveling poop for Bobo Beasts and unclogging the base’s toilets. Then I receive a hot pot rescue ticket from Wuling City: a city lord who can strike monsters with lightning but can’t balance the books, a panda man named Dapan who repairs pipes with a wok, and a cyberpunk ancient city holding back Corruption through square dancing. But Zero discovers that the city’s biggest problem isn’t the Red Tide. It’s the “grunt-work technology” passed down through the generations: the entire city’s energy comes from people endlessly cranking waterwheels by hand, and the repair manual is written on bamboo slips that spontaneously combust. Today, as he swishes tripe in hot pot, he ponders: how can he explain to these NPCs that automation really isn’t sorcery?

Looking for Books Where Arknights Collides with Other Worlds

Lately, the expanding worldbuilding has caused Arknights' power levels to escalate dramatically. Many older stories where Arknights crossed over with other worlds have been undermined, whether in terms of combat strength or other issues. So I'm looking for new stories that fit the current plot developments. Please!
