Reborn in 1982: My Golden Age of Hunting

After a night of heavy drinking, forest ranger Ning Beichen wakes up in the Greater Khingan Mountains in 1982.

In his previous life, he lived a miserable, timid existence and faced a lonely retirement. Now he has 44 years of hunting experience and has returned to the boar hunt at age eighteen, the moment that changed his fate.

This time, the boar doesn't escape, his childhood friend isn't badly injured, and both hunting dogs make it through unharmed.

When he carries a three-hundred-jin boar back to the village, all of Old Pine Village erupts in excitement.

From hunting boar with a single hunting knife to encircling and wiping out a pack of wolves in the snow;

from crossing the grasslands alone to opening up a supply-and-marketing cooperative's supply chain;

Ning Beichen not only uses his hunting rifle to change his family's fate, but also seizes the opportunities of the times with his far-sighted vision.

His father rises from lumberjack to forest farm manager, his aunt escapes domestic abuse and starts a new life, his three younger cousins settle down and go to school, and at last he can marry the woman he loves with all the ceremony she deserves.

But danger lurks beneath these mountains and rivers: jealous thugs, rivals who try to steal his opportunities, wolves seeking revenge, and survival trials in blizzards...

See how Ning Beichen uses a hunter's wisdom and courage to protect his family and create a hunting era of his own in these turbulent times!
