Su Changhe Fanfic: The Peach Blossoms Bloom, and I Return to You

Yun Yanyu, granddaughter of a former chancellor, hid away in a bamboo grove to escape an arranged marriage. Among drifting peach blossoms, she found a gravely wounded, blind man. For his sake, she took the name “Little Peach Blossom” and pretended to be an orphan. For his sake, she invented a new life and named it “Taosheng.” One was a rebellion against fate, using a child to secure her place in the world; the other was love quietly taking root, building them a paradise.

The blind “Taosheng” made her his whole world. But haunted by the memory of her mother dying for love, she heartlessly gave him the gift of forgetting after she became pregnant, sending the man she loved into the vast world.

When he awoke, he returned to the martial world as its merciless killer: Su Changhe. He searched across mountains and rivers, but “Little Peach Blossom” was nowhere to be found. She took sole charge of her family’s business and raised their son, Yun Che, burying “Taosheng” deep in her heart.

Then a family conspiracy brought assassins seeking her life. On a snowy night, Su Changhe, king of assassins, arrived in person. He heard a child named “Taosheng” and saw a familiar face as lovely as a peach blossom. A bolt of lightning tore through his memories: the wife he had searched the world for was the very target he had come to kill.

When the lies beneath the peach tree collide with the Dark River’s bloodied blades, a gentle husband once blinded faces a cold-blooded Head of the Family. Old debts of love intertwine with a deadly plot in the present. Will they rekindle their love, or settle old scores alongside new grudges? Can a love born of deception and scheming find true “rebirth” amid truth and blades?
