The Spoiled Little Landlord!

After transmigrating into the family of a poor ancient landlord, Zhao Chen starts acting up and "squandering" the family fortune!

He has fertile fields but insists on tinkering with land where no crops will grow. He catches fish, lets them rot, then sells them; lets tofu go moldy, then sells it; even boils lobsters until they stink before selling them. He builds sheds for farming, slashes his piglets and lambs before doing anything else, pours muddy water into fragrant lard, prunes the branches off fruit trees, peels fruit before selling it, grinds mushrooms into powder, builds houses underground, and boils the liquor before serving it. He comes up with one bizarre way to waste money after another, yet somehow gets richer and richer.

Bandits set their sights on him and end up converted; powerful families target him and risk having their clans wiped out; great noble houses scheme against him and pay dearly; the military sets its sights on him and gets a beating; enemy nations target him and are wiped out; and when the royal family comes after him, the dynasty changes!
