A New Phone Launches, and Livestream Sellers Are Out of Work in Five Seconds

“I transmigrated and the bank was already hounding me for a billion yuan in debt? Me: ???”

Even worse, the company’s only hit, the Li Zi 5, got undercut the moment it launched by the Rice 6. It offered the same specs for 300 yuan less, and customers fled overnight, leaving thousands of phones in the warehouse about as useful as bricks.

Just as Li Si was about to give up, a “ding” rang in his ears: the Cutting-Edge Tech System had arrived!

Sell one phone, get one point. The point shop even offers an “Aerospace Carrier,” so Li Si first grabs a “Lithography Plant” to calm his nerves!

Install a new system on an old phone, and its Snapdragon 835 takes off:

A benchmark score of 210,000 leaves Fruit in the dust. The ads are instantly humiliated, iOS apps install with a tap, and the 120Hz screen scrolls so smoothly the competition starts questioning their lives!

A million viewers tune in to the launch livestream, waiting to see him get face-slapped. Li Si runs three mobile games at once without dropping a frame, and the comments flood with “Daddy”!

The 40,000 phones sell out in two days, leaving scalpers crying so hard they delete their accounts. Big Rice’s CEO Lei shows up, offering 150 yuan per phone for a license and begging me to throw him a bone.

Haters: The domestic OS is all hype!

Li Si: Don’t bother me. I’m donating a lithography plant to the country. Busy!

“Brothers, flood the chat with ‘Pride of Domestic Products.’ Today, we’ll let Fruit know what it feels like to have its supply cut off!”
