Ode to Joy: Five Friends, Reborn, Sign a Pact to Open a Retirement Home

At three in the morning, five women on the 22nd floor were reborn at the same time. Andy, Fan Shengmei, Qu Xiaoxiao, Qiu Yingying, and Guan Ju’er, carrying the regrets and memories of their past lives, we made a blood oath on the balcony: “This time, we won’t get married. We’ll form an alliance instead. We’ll be each other’s only family, grow old together, and move into a retirement home together.” And so The financial powerhouse hit a shortcut key, and within five minutes the four sisters arrived with warm milk and goofy faces. What’s it to you?” We created a secret life on the 22nd floor: Confession night on Tuesdays, skill swaps on Thursdays, and movie nights on Saturdays that left us laughing until we could barely stand. We studied makeup and fashion together, shared healthy recipes, and took two best-friend trips every year. Thirty years later, the “Ode to Joy Lodge” retirement home welcomed five very special residents. The young caregivers wondered: Why did these five old ladies insist on living together? They didn’t know It was a promise we’d spent our whole lives keeping: “Even when we’ve lost all our teeth, we’ll still sneak milk tea through straws, then laugh about whose dentures fall out first.” [Reading Guide] ✅ A story of five sisters reborn, with male characters purely in the background ✅ Cathartic revenge and cozy everyday moments, with plenty of makeup, fashion, and food details ✅ The central premise: the five beauties are reborn, sign a retirement pact, and turn best friends into family ✅ An ensemble ending at a retirement home, warm and healing “Blood ties are fate.
