I Think My Domineering CEO Has a Serious Problem

Down on her luck and barely scraping by, Su Wanwan inherits a fortune worth tens of billions from a distant relative overnight, along with a bizarre debt contract. Gu Beicheng, the famously aloof, disciplined, and ruthless CEO feared throughout the city, turns out to owe her five hundred million yuan!

Rubbing her hands together, Su Wanwan prepares to enjoy the perks of being a creditor. But who could have guessed that Mr. Gu would be such a piece of work? Not only does he refuse to pay her back, he demands that she provide “exclusive services for creditors”: fend off his admirers, play along with his schemes, and even take charge of his... three meals a day?

Su Wanwan: “Mr. Gu, this is strictly a financial relationship!”

Without batting an eye, Gu Beicheng slides a “debt-to-equity conversion” agreement across the table. “Not anymore. Sign it, and you belong to me. Refuse, and you get neither the money nor any chance of getting away.”

Staring at the words “Mrs. Gu” on the agreement, Su Wanwan falls silent. Is there something seriously wrong with this generation of domineering CEOs?
