I Can Allocate Stat Points. From the Start, I Handed the System Over to the Nation

“I have a System that can awaken humanity... I request permission to hand it over to the state!”

Spiritual qi revival, global upheaval, and countless dimensional rifts opening across Blue Star as monsters run rampant.

Jiang Chen, a discharged soldier, becomes the only person in the world bound to the “Humanity-Wide Evolution System.”

Without the slightest hesitation, he contacts his old unit immediately.

At the highest-level meeting, approval is granted: “Approved! Establish the ‘Extraordinary Affairs Administration’ at once, with Comrade Jiang Chen as its first director!”

“With you at the center, we will build an army of extraordinary beings across the country!”

“Now... with the strength of the entire nation behind you, lead Huaxia to be the first to complete humanity-wide evolution!”

Awakened people in other countries fight on their own, forming factions and alliances. In Huaxia, things are completely different.

Jiang Chen assigns the [Warrior] class to soldiers. The Academy of Sciences works through the night and develops the [Heavy Assault Trooper] advancement path.

He assigns the [Mage] class to researchers, who develop [Electromagnetic Railgun] enchantments and [Controlled Fusion Fireball] spells.

He assigns the [Assassin] class to pilots, who master [Quantum Stealth Penetration] techniques and form squadrons of stealth fighters.

Under Jiang Chen’s leadership, “Five Years of Awakening, Three Years of Mock Exams” is implemented nationwide.

Years later, when an apocalypse-level evil god descends, it finds itself facing millions of Huaxia extraordinary troops standing in perfect formation.

Jiang Chen stands at the front of the ranks, clad in bright silver dragon-gall armor, watching the final skill light up on his System interface:

“Command, this is a report! The ‘Final Evolution’ authorization has been unlocked. Requesting permission to use it on the entire nation!”

The supreme command rings out across the sky:

“Approved! Initiate the final ‘Human Instrumentality’ protocol!”

“Beginning with Huaxia, human civilization ascends today!”
