Great Qin: I’m a Fake Eunuch, and the First Emperor Begs Me Not to Die

[The First Emperor Is Watching It Live! A Feel-Good Power Fantasy, Transforming Great Qin, and a Story That Leaves You Wanting More]

I’ve just transmigrated, and I open my eyes in the eunuch quarters. The executioner’s blade is about to fall the very next moment!

Thinking fast, I fool the old eunuch and pass myself off as a bearer of the auspicious “leak-proof condition,” becoming a fake eunuch assigned to serve Crown Prince Fusu. I’d planned to lie low in the Cold Palace until the end of time, but who could have guessed that every move I made was being broadcast live to the First Emperor, Ying Zheng, through the “Sky Screen System”!

I make soap to improve people’s lives, and Ying Zheng’s eyes widen in shock. “A divine marvel of natural philosophy, containing the ultimate principles of heaven and earth!”

I kill Zhao Gao’s lackeys in self-defense, and Ying Zheng slams the table in delight. “Excellent! The Imperial Tutor is using a brilliant stratagem to teach Fusu the way of a ruler!”

I improve farm tools so people can eat their fill, and Ying Zheng tears up. “The gentleman cares for all the people. Truly, a sage has descended among us!”

I think I’m just scraping by to stay alive, but Ying Zheng sees me as a genius capable of governing the world. He frantically promotes me, bestows titles, sends money, and gives me troops!

Zhao Zheng is close to tears. “Your Majesty, I’m really not an immortal. I just want to save enough money to run away!”

Ying Zheng: “I understand! The gentleman is testing Fusu! Attendants, take the Imperial Seal of China to him and let him play with it as he pleases!”
