Springtime in the North Wind

Beifeng was abandoned by the roadside as soon as she was born, and grew up drinking the milk of her adoptive mother, Wang Meihua.

The day Wang Meihua found her, she also gave birth to a son of her own.

On the way to register both children, someone Wang Meihua knew snatched her son away. While searching for him, she accidentally fell off a cliff. When Wang Meihua’s mother heard the news, she was so devastated that she suffered a stroke.

Beifeng was raised by her grandfather and a neighbor she called Uncle.

When she was five, her grandparents were burned to death while warming themselves by a fire.

Beifeng became an orphan…

With no one to rely on, Beifeng was taken in by her aunt, beginning a life dependent on others.
