Youth in the Falling Rain

My name is Han Yuluo. I’m a girl from the countryside. My mother is a farmer, and my father works at a brick kiln. When I was in school, I had a crush on a boy named Lu Ran. We were meant to meet but not meant to be together. We got into the same high school and the same class, but because of his health, he took time off and later retook the high school entrance exam, enrolling at a different school.

My own high school life was only just beginning. The boy who sat in front of me was a mischievous troublemaker named Yan Xuechao. And so my story with Yan Xuechao began.

Aside from a few slackers, everyone in our class was a top student. In a class like that, I studied, felt lonely, found happiness, and lived my life.
